A child's fever is always a heart-stopping moment, not just for new parents but for experienced ones too. Many of you will have experienced anxiously pacing around, not knowing how to react appropriately, or being unsure when, which, and how much medication to give. Now, 'Yeoldalhue', the essential parenting app from femtech company Connect-I, has introduced an innovative 'fever management' function to alleviate such deep concerns of parents. The newly introduced 'fever management' function truly positions itself as a 'smart assistant for parenting'. Whenever a child has a fever, if the guardian inputs the body temperature readings and antipyretic medication records (when, which ingredient, how much) into the app, this valuable data accumulates systematically. And when a similar situation arises next time, the app uses this data to accurately provide customized guidance, such as **'Now is the optimal time to give medication,'** or **'Giving this ingredient of antipyretic in this dosage is most effective,'** through push notifications and detailed explanations. There's no longer a need to worry or search the internet. Beyond simply indicating medication timing, this function creates unique health data for your child. By systematically accumulating and analyzing past fever patterns and drug responsiveness, it provides profound insights such as **'For our child, this antipyretic works best for this fever pattern,'** or **'The recently prevalent disease is this, and it has these characteristics when a fever occurs.'** Through this, parents can grasp their child's fever-related disease patterns at a glance and make wise decisions to choose more effective types of antipyretics. Furthermore, it provides real-time information on currently prevalent fever-inducing infectious diseases, which greatly aids in preventive responses. Connect-I stated, "Despite a child's body temperature change being the most sensitive indicator for parents, there were many difficulties due to a lack of data," and emphasized, "This 'fever management' function will alleviate parental anxiety through customized guidance based on scientific data, creating a more efficient and systematic parenting environment." It reflects the will to offer reassurance based on scientific evidence, instead of vague fears. Meanwhile, 'Yeoldalhue', launched in October 2020, has already secured 480,000 cumulative members, establishing itself as a legitimate parenting platform utilized by approximately half of South Korean mothers. To date, it has built extensive big data on pregnancy, childbirth, and parenting, totaling approximately 22 million cases, and plans to expand its domain into personalized health management services integrating artificial intelligence (AI) technology, with ambitions to enter the global market. 'Yeoldalhue's new 'fever management' function is expected to lighten parents' parenting burden and become a reliable companion in safeguarding children's health.
