The pop-up, held from April 11th to 13th with the unique concept of 'BE-YOU-TIFUL,' attracted a total of 15,000 visitors, garnering explosive interest from women in their teens, twenties, and thirties. Pre-registration closed in just one day, and long queues formed at the venue, creating a remarkable sight. The key to the pop-up's success lay in providing personalized experiences that help individuals discover 'beauty that is uniquely themselves.' It offered a special journey where visitors could diagnose their personal color and skin tone at the self-test zone and explore products suited for them. The convenient system allowing immediate purchase of tried products via the Zigzag app led to an increase in app usage. As a result, during the pop-up period, transaction volume in Zigzag's beauty category surged by 129% compared to the same period in the previous month, with new customers increasing by 55% and repeat customers by 85%, marking astonishing achievements. Particularly, the growth of brands participating in the pop-up was remarkable. '2aN' achieved an explosive transaction volume growth of 2090% compared to the same period in the previous month, while 'Espoir' rose by 259%, and 'lilybyred' by 155%. 'Echömal', which collaborated with influencer Lamuqe, showed a high growth rate of 667%, and newly launched brands 'MOLBANI' and 'YUMYUMPROTHING' also significantly benefited from the pop-up, increasing by 1814% and 368% respectively compared to the previous week. A Kakao Style official stated, "The success factor was a new type of pop-up that went beyond mere exhibition, focusing on individuals exploring their beauty preferences." They expressed their ambition to continue to accompany customers on their journey to complete 'beauty that is uniquely themselves' through Zigzag's differentiated events.
