Won-line AI & KRX: Financial LLM Paper Accepted for ACL 2025

A remarkable achievement has emerged that will elevate the status of K-AI in the global financial AI market. The paper on 'FinKRX', a Korean financial language model co-developed by Oneline AI, a Korean financial generative AI solutions specialist, and the Korea Exchange (KRX), has been officially published in ACL 2025, the world's most prestigious natural language processing conference. This is being lauded as having opened a new horizon for K-financial AI. This marks a monumental occasion as a Korean financial language model has been officially introduced to the international academic stage for the first time. FinKRX is the brilliant outcome of the 'KRX Financial Language Model Performance Evaluation Competition' held in 2024. This event, the first public LLM evaluation leaderboard and model competition attempted in Korea's financial sector, took place over approximately two months with fervent interest, seeing 233 teams participate and a total of 1,119 models submitted. Among the vast financial data exceeding 200,000 entries used in the competition, over 86,000 high-quality Korean financial data points, ultimately selected after deduplication and a rigorous quality management system based on LLM-as-a-Judge, formed the foundation of FinKRX. This ensured data integrity and accuracy, and by applying Supervised Fine-Tuning (SFT) and Direct Preference Optimization (DPO) learning methods, the model's fundamental financial reasoning capabilities were strengthened, and response quality was maximized. Leveraging this achievement, Oneline AI plans to further enhance the global competitiveness of Korean financial language models and, furthermore, accelerate the expansion of AI utilization across the global financial market. The history of being consecutively selected for IBK Corporate Bank's 'IBK Changgong Guro 13th Batch' and Korea Credit Guarantee Fund's 'Start-up NEST 17th Batch' once again proves Oneline AI's innovative financial generative AI technology and outstanding business viability.
