## WeFUN Achieves 143.1 Billion KRW in Annual Sales in 2024…Solidifies B2B Platform Leadership WeFUN, a BaaS (Business as a Service) platform company, recorded remarkable growth in 2024, emerging as a leader in the domestic B2B market. Annual sales reached 143.1 billion KRW, surging by 87% compared to the previous year, and notably achieved a phenomenal 113% Compound Annual Growth Rate (CAGR) over five years since its establishment in 2018. WeFUN's growth transcended mere external expansion, leading to qualitative growth. Net profit increased by 90% year-over-year, a result of successfully restructuring its business with a highly profitable portfolio. Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) also grew by 30%, proving the establishment of a stable subscription-based revenue model. New platform-oriented businesses, particularly 'WeFUN Ad', stood out, reducing reliance on specific services and building a diversified revenue structure. Its service portfolio also showed balanced growth. 'Coffee24' served as a growth driver, expanding by 104%, while 'Gift24', a flagship SaaS service, and 'Snack24 Market', a B2C online commerce platform, also recorded robust growth rates of 44% and 45% respectively. Over the past year, by introducing nearly 100 new services, it demonstrated continuous innovation. By securing over 9,400 client companies, it established the foundation for providing integrated solutions to B2B clients. Beyond being a mere service provider, WeFUN solidified its position as a business innovation partner that creates operational efficiency and business synergy for companies. Through strategic M&A, it completed its End-to-End value chain, securing a competitive edge. 'WeFUN Fulfillment', born from the integration of B2B individual convenience store logistics companies, established management of approximately 4,500 SKUs and a nationwide logistics network. Furthermore, through the acquisition of 'Next C&C', it internalized the entire process from coffee machine installation to in-house cafe operation and bean roasting, achieving vertical integration that maximizes business competitiveness and raises entry barriers.
