Medical tourism platform company Withdical has officially launched 'YEPPO,' a customized aesthetic medical tourism mobile app for foreign patients, opening new horizons for accessibility to Korean medical services.
The YEPPO app enables foreign patients to conveniently and safely handle the entire process within a single platform, from consultation for high-quality plastic surgery and dermatological aesthetic services in Korea, to hospital recommendations, booking and payment, and even post-care. When a patient requests a consultation, they can receive customized hospital curation optimized for their individual purpose and situation, either in-person or remotely, and the app features a system for direct booking and payment within the app.
In particular, YEPPO aims for patient-centric premium services beyond simple price comparison. From the consultation stage, a dedicated coordinator is assigned to provide meticulous support, from hospital selection and booking to schedule management, based on a verified network of hospitals and clinics. Withdical emphasized that this will dramatically alleviate the inconvenience commonly experienced by foreign patients due to lack of information or language barriers.
