Warmblood Unveils AI-Based Enterprise Solution 'Monocle AI'

Warmblood has officially launched its enterprise AI workspace 'Monocle AI' and signed its first supply contract with Seoul Credit Rating & Information, a comprehensive credit information company. Monocle AI is an innovative service that allows for integrated management and utilization of major generative AI models in the market, such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude, on a single platform. Its most significant feature is its ability to provide accurate information retrieval and in-depth summarization functions by linking the vast documents and data within an enterprise with AI. Seoul Credit Rating & Information, which proactively adopted Monocle AI, plans to apply this solution across all credit information-related tasks. The strategy is to entrust repetitive and time-consuming tasks like simple data retrieval, content summarization, and draft writing to AI, allowing human resources to focus on tasks requiring core competencies such as final judgment or risk verification, thereby maximizing overall work efficiency. This solution focuses on addressing data leakage, complex cost management, and security issues, which are the primary concerns for companies adopting AI. Monocle AI has adopted a usage-based integrated payment system, allowing convenient use without the need for individual subscriptions to each AI model, and enables budget management at the organizational and individual level, thereby ensuring cost transparency. Security features are also robust. It applies masking technology that automatically detects sensitive personal information, such as resident registration numbers and phone numbers, and blocks its transmission to AI models. Furthermore, it is designed to strictly comply with corporate internal security policies through user usage record management and VPN/specific network (IP) access restriction features, providing an optimized environment for the financial and credit rating industries where information security is crucial.
