Wantedlab recorded 9.6 billion won in sales and 500 million won in operating profit in the third quarter, proving that its business structure reorganization, centered on AI transformation (AX), is successfully leading to profitability. AI-based innovation is the key driver of continuous growth.
The core recruitment business drove 6.9 billion won in sales. In particular, AI agent-based services have innovatively improved matching efficiency between job seekers and companies, and the recently launched ‘Recruitment Agent’ has achieved a performance of reducing candidate discovery time by over 50% through natural language-based search.
In the new business sector, Wantedlab is actively supporting companies' AX transformation, centered on the AI agent builder ‘Wanted LaaS’. This platform helps companies quickly and efficiently build their own generative AI services, reducing development time by up to 80%. It is currently being actively utilized in various industries such as the Ministry of Employment and Labor's ‘Goyong24’ and the manufacturing, service, and public sectors, proving its scalability. Furthermore, Wantedlab is promoting comprehensive AI adoption by companies by offering an AX package that integrates employee training, expert talent matching, and solutions for building proprietary generative AI services. This aligns with the government's large-scale budget allocation trend for ‘AI Powerhouse 3’.
In the global market, through cooperation with its investee, Lapras in Japan, Wantedlab is disseminating its advanced AI matching and agent technologies, and is accelerating the advancement of foreign talent recruitment services to meet the demand for global talent from domestic companies.
Lee Bok-kee, CEO of Wantedlab, emphasized that the advent of the AX era is explosively increasing the demand for AI-related talent acquisition, employee training, and internal generative AI service construction among companies, and this will be a new growth opportunity for Wantedlab, which has been leading the recruitment market with AI. He stated his ambition to expand the sales ratio of the recruitment business and the AX new business to a 1:1 level by 2026, and to expand business areas under the vision of ‘Beyond HR to AX’.
