HR tech company Wantedlab has introduced an innovative solution to solve a long-standing challenge in the recruitment market. It is the 'Recruitment Agent' based on LLM (Large Language Model). This intelligent agent was developed to fundamentally improve the inefficiencies and burdens companies face in the process of finding talent.
Traditional recruitment methods required checking numerous conditions such as academic background, career, job level, and company one by one to find suitable talent, consuming vast amounts of time. Beyond complex filter settings or quantitative conditions, existing search methods had limitations in identifying candidates' potential or soft skills, which were difficult to grasp.
However, recruitment managers no longer need to be constrained by complex search filters or syntax. They simply need to ask the AI for the desired talent profile in a natural sentence, such as "a frontend developer with over 3 years of React experience, proficient in TypeScript, excellent communication skills, and proactive in learning new technologies." The AI understands these complex conditions and automatically searches, evaluates, analyzes, and presents suitable candidates.
The recruitment agent offers two search modes. 'Basic Search' supports quick and broad candidate exploration, while 'Advanced Search' allows the AI to deeply assess candidates' capabilities and experience to present the most suitable talent, along with detailed explanations for the recommendations. Notably, the AI goes beyond mere career history or tech stacks, analyzing qualitative data such as self-introductions or project experiences to evaluate candidates' hidden potential. All these processes are conducted interactively, allowing users to confirm and freely modify the conditions suggested by the AI.
Through this, Wantedlab aims to help recruitment managers move away from repetitive search and initial matching tasks, allowing them to focus on more strategic and human-centric work such as building relationships with candidates, conducting in-depth interviews, and talent persuasion. Ultimately, Wantedlab plans to continuously integrate this AI agent technology into the HR domain, contributing to maximizing the productivity of HR professionals and further strengthening corporate talent competitiveness.
