The number of customers, which was approximately 400 at the end of July last year, surged by 1,150% to 5,000 at the same time this year. During the same period, annual sales increased by a remarkable fourfold, and the service retention rate also recorded a high figure of 98%, proving the strong market competitiveness of Volta's service. Volta's simplified tax invoice solution is establishing itself as an essential tool for companies struggling with complex accounting processes. In particular, leading domestic commerce companies and large distribution enterprises have adopted Volta's service, achieving a remarkable 90% reduction in tax invoice processing time. This is evaluated as having played a decisive role in overcoming the complex transaction structures and limitations of manual processing inherent in the e-commerce and platform industries. Volta's innovative solution is garnering significant interest across a wide range of sectors, including finance, which deals with large volumes of transaction data, and distribution, which operates complex supply chains, as well as large corporations, public institutions, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), and individual business owners.
