On the 17th, at the inaugural 'TECH LIVE 2025' media day held at Pangyo 10X Tower, Trustay unveiled a showroom where attendees could directly experience over 30 'Knoctown' features, capturing their attention. CEO Lee Seung-oh emphasized that this rebranding goes beyond a simple name change, embodying the will to expand services to encompass community facilities and the entire scope of daily life, centered around residential spaces. The new 'Knoctown' consists of three core services: the integrated residential platform 'Knoctown', the facility management solution 'Knockzone', and 'Knockplace', which connects local commercial areas. These services create synergy based on their respective 'connectivity' and boast infinite 'scalability.' Particularly, the main platform 'Knoctown' provides customized solutions to approximately 500 premium complexes and 500,000 households nationwide, with its biggest differentiator being the close connection between communities and surrounding commercial areas. Recently, it launched the 'Knoctown Manager App' which incorporates computer vision AI technology, automating illegal parking enforcement and vehicle identification, thereby elevating the efficiency of residential management by another level. Trustay CEO Lee Seung-oh cited the deep experience and know-how accumulated in the proptech industry, along with differentiated AI technology capable of elevating this to a service level, as Trustay's core strengths. He stated, "We will continuously create new value for customers by connecting the ordinary and the extraordinary, much like the Knoctown travel service launched this past June."
