Trustay Starts Beta for 'Knockplace' Neighbor Community App
Our Neighborhood's New Communication Space, Trustay ‘Knockplace’ Open Beta Launched! The "Knockplace" communication platform, which covers daily living radius, has finally launched its open beta service, connecting our neighborhoods even closer. This app, introduced by the residential platform company Trustay, has undergone a pilot service targeting 260,000 users of the 'Knocktown' app since last May, and is now being released as an independent app for everyone. The biggest change is accessibility. It is no longer exclusive to apartment residents. Now, any neighbor within a 5km radius of one's residence can join and use Knockplace with a simple address verification. This means a space has opened up where real neighbors within our neighborhood, at the 'dong' (administrative division) level, can communicate in real-time. It guarantees anonymity based on nicknames, allowing users to comfortably converse mainly through short posts, follow each other, and build friendships. Beyond simple conversations, it's also full of vivid information about our neighborhood. In addition to lifestyle, culture, and leisure content directly curated by the administrators, users can quickly access local administrative news or cultural event information, such as from Incheon City. Don't miss out on special benefit information from neighborhood sports facilities and commercial establishments! Community channels centered around schools are also operated, and it is expected that parental exchanges will become more active. Users can directly mark and share local eateries or hidden gems on the map, while local small business owners can promote their stores and offer special benefits to neighbors, fostering mutual growth. Lee Seung-oh, CEO of Trustay, expressed his ambition to "expand beyond the apartment complex unit experience to become a local platform that connects entire living areas." Knockplace plans to actively gather user feedback during the open beta period to enhance its service. Download Knockplace now from the Google Play Store and Apple App Store, and experience a new connection with your neighborhood! We can look forward to even more diverse linked services, such as local commerce and advertising, which are scheduled to be introduced sequentially in the future.
