The smart residential platform 'Knocktown' is partnering with Incheon City to get even closer to its citizens. Trustay announced that it has launched a new 'Local Government Administrative Promotion Menu' on its platform, 'Knocktown', which contains news from Incheon City and information on cultural events. The core of this initiative is to easily provide useful policy news and diverse cultural information to approximately 23,000 households residing in Incheon City. The newly added administrative promotion menu is immediately available to approximately 23,000 households of Knocktown and Knockplace users residing in Incheon City. Under the 'Incheon City News' section, users can quickly view local policy content produced directly by the city, weekly administrative activity card news, and information on policy benefits available to citizens. Furthermore, the 'Cultural Events' category is expected to enrich residents' cultural lives by providing abundant performance information, including musicals, plays, and classical concerts taking place in Incheon. All this information can be accessed by moving to the lifestyle-based platform 'Knockplace' via a separate tab at the bottom of the Knocktown app. Knockplace has established itself as a win-win platform that connects local businesses within a 5km radius of residents' living areas, providing information on nearby stores and special benefits, and offering effective promotional opportunities to local small business owners. Lee Seung-oh, CEO of Trustay, emphasized that through this cooperation, Knocktown is evolving beyond a simple residential platform into a true local platform connecting 'residence-lifestyle radius-local government'. He added that they plan to further expand the public-private cooperation model and continuously introduce services that provide practical assistance to both residents and local businesses. Meanwhile, Knocktown is already beloved by many residents for its over 30 diverse convenience features, ranging from mobile passes, visitor parking, and utility bill inquiries to the residents-only market 'Town Market' and accommodation service 'Travel'. Through this cooperation with Incheon City, it is expected to provide even richer community-oriented services and foster active communication with the local community beyond a smart residential environment.
