## Knocktown, in partnership with Soomgo, officially launches 'One-Stop Home Care' service!
Residential management platform Trustay and lifestyle service platform Soomgo have officially unveiled an innovative 'Home Care' service within Trustay's residential platform 'Knocktown' through a strategic partnership. This service, revealed just two months after the business agreement signed last October, is key to directly connecting Knocktown residents across 730 complexes and 700,000 households with 2 million verified experts (masters) registered on Soomgo.
The newly launched Home Care service operates around three core categories essential for residential life: 'Installation/Repair', 'Moving/Cleaning', and 'Interior Design'. Residents can conveniently access all these services through the Home Care menu within the 'Town Market' in the Knocktown app.
The biggest advantage of this service is its 'overwhelming convenience'. Residents do not need to install the Soomgo app separately or register for membership; they can handle the entire process from service request submission to comparing quotes from multiple experts, consultation, and final transaction, all in one go through the Knocktown app. It effectively acts as a 'residential life assistant' that solves everything needed for home management in one place.
This collaboration between the two companies goes beyond a simple channel partnership; it is garnering attention as a synergy-creation model that maximizes each party's strengths. Knocktown has secured a solid customer base of residents who are 'highly engaged users' with keen interest in improving their living environment, while Soomgo provides a broad and verified pool of experts, thereby creating complementary business value.
Lee Seung-oh, CEO of Trustay, expressed his ambition, stating, "We will continuously expand services that allow residents to experience seamless lifestyle convenience and feel tangible improvements in their living environment, all through a single app." Kim Kang-se, CEO of Soomgo, also emphasized, "This is a very meaningful collaboration as it reduces the hassle of finding experts for residents and provides greater business opportunities for Soomgo masters across the country to meet more customers."
The two companies plan to expand the scope of technical integration to include 32 frequently occurring lifestyle services in apartment living and build a more advanced expert matching system to continuously enhance the user experience. With the launch of this Home Care service, Knocktown is expected to take another leap forward as a truly 'smart residential lifestyle platform'.
