## The Hyusick Achieves 95.3 Billion Won in Sales in 2024… Leading the Market with IT-Based Accommodation Solutions
The Hyusick, an IT-based comprehensive accommodation solutions company, recorded consolidated sales of 95.3 billion won and operating profit of 10.5 billion won in 2024, proving its leadership in innovating Korea's accommodation industry. This achievement is a result of fully internalizing the core value chain of the accommodation business and building differentiated competitiveness.
Through its content hotel brand 'Anuk Hotel,' The Hyusick is achieving the highest sales compared to competitors of similar class within the hotel commercial district. It successfully operates a cumulative total of 212 small and medium-sized hotels, 3-star tourism hotels, and serviced residences, an unparalleled scale in Korea. Furthermore, it is expanding its IT-powered solutions business by supplying cloud-based SaaS (Software-as-a-Service) models to 1,220 hotels and providing unmanned central control solutions (Front Outsourcing, FO) to over 120 accommodation facilities.
The Hyusick's fully automated operating system, based in Anuk Hotels nationwide and equipped with regional hotel operating organizations and rapid response service systems, has gained high trust from hotel building owners, driving the rapid growth of its entrusted management and control business.
Having previously focused on small and medium-sized hotels, The Hyusick officially entered the 3-star tourism hotel market last year and is currently successfully operating over 20 such hotels. Notably, it was the first in the small and medium-sized hotel industry to incorporate a directly developed tourism hotel, Anuk Hotel Hongdae branch, into Koramco Life Infra REITs, a KOSPI-listed REIT, operating it under a master lease agreement, thereby strengthening cooperation with real estate asset management companies. With the recent increase in inbound foreign tourists leading to rapid improvements in the performance of tourism hotels in Seoul and the metropolitan area, The Hyusick is actively pursuing large-scale tourism hotel development and operation projects with asset management companies, preempting market opportunities.
Shin Hyun-wook, CEO of Business Operations, emphasized, "The Hyusick, which has grown continuously without a single operating loss since its establishment, has solidified a unique position in the small and medium-sized hotel market." He further stated his ambition, "Aiming to achieve 200 billion won in sales this year, we will prioritize customer value and intrinsic value, providing profitable hotels to building owners and extremely cost-effective and comfortable hotels to guests."
