Corporate expense and cost management platform Spendit is attracting attention as it sets its most shining milestone since its inception. Spendit achieved the remarkable feat of reaching monthly break-even for six consecutive months from August 2024 to January 2025, solidifying a foundation for sustainable growth. Behind this success, the enhancement of features reflecting the actual needs of client companies throughout 2024 played a crucial role. From payment and vendor management to general electronic approvals, and even the innovative Spendit AI, it is evaluated as having evolved into a platform that goes beyond simple expense management to maximize a company's overall cost efficiency. In particular, Spendit has garnered high satisfaction from existing clients by leveraging its unique strength in systematically and transparently managing employee expenses compared to other companies. It provides an integrated solution that unifies and resolves the complexities of corporate financial tasks, including budget and limit setting, project cost management, and even automated journal entry and audit response through ERP integration. Spendit is focusing on advancing AI technology as a core driver for future growth. Already in the latter half of last year, it introduced 'Spendit AI,' which learns user spending patterns to automatically classify account categories, significantly contributing to cost reduction and improved operational efficiency for clients. Beyond its current supervised learning-based account category recommendation service, Spendit plans to lead a paradigm shift in corporate cost management by announcing the launch of an 'Audit AI Agent' in the first half of 2025, which will perform cost auditing and anomaly detection (Fraud Detection System, FDS) beyond simple expense processing. To date, the approval records processed through Spendit amount to approximately 13 million cases, with total expenditures exceeding a staggering 18 trillion won, demonstrating overwhelming market influence. CEO Song Dong-yoon assessed this achievement as "a result reflecting the increased demand from companies for expense and cost management and the healthy growth of corporate financial accounting in Korea," and expressed his ambition to "seek full-scale entry into overseas markets through evolution into an AI agent-based B2B SaaS company." As of 2025, over 5,000 companies are experiencing innovation in financial accounting tasks with Spendit.
