Notably, in the fashion sector, where rapid launch is crucial, it has achieved the remarkable feat of significantly shortening the lead time from product planning to broadcasting. This success is particularly noteworthy because the Sendbird AI agent was built to perfectly meet Lotte Home Shopping's stringent security standards, including two-factor authentication, message filtering, and customer access rights management.
