## Edutech Postmath's 'Math Secretary' Sees Revenue Surge 3-Fold in Just 2 Years... Reaching 2.41 Billion KRW Solely Through Word-of-Mouth
Edutech company Postmath's innovative service, 'Math Secretary', has achieved remarkable growth in just two years since its launch, attracting significant attention from the industry. Its annual revenue for 2024 reached 2.41 billion KRW, a staggering achievement of approximately 3-fold growth compared to the previous year.
Established in April 2021, Postmath has shown a steep upward curve since officially launching its 'Math Secretary' service in January 2023. The company's annual revenue climbed from 130 million KRW in 2021, to 320 million KRW in 2022, and 830 million KRW in 2023, before skyrocketing to 2.41 billion KRW in 2024. This growth trajectory is evidenced by an overwhelming average annual growth rate of 169%.
Notably, this explosive growth was achieved purely through users' 'word-of-mouth' without large-scale marketing campaigns. Initially, Postmath generated revenue through B2B technology supply, but since the launch of the 'Math Secretary' service, starting in 2023, over 99% of its revenue has been generated directly from the platform itself, proving the service's strong market viability.
Based on its robust technological capabilities, Postmath recently successfully secured 2.7 billion KRW in Series A investment, bringing its total cumulative investment to 5 billion KRW. Furthermore, through its selection for the Ministry of SMEs and Startups' TIPS program and Google Cloud's AI startup program, its technological leadership has been firmly recognized. The number of employees has significantly increased from 5 at its inception to 80 currently, markedly expanding the company's scale.
Choi Jun-ho, CEO of Postmath, stated, "Our January 2025 performance has already more than doubled compared to the same period last year, continuing our growth momentum." He added, "This year, we will introduce various innovative technologies we've been preparing as new services, leading to even more explosive growth." Attention is focused on what new horizons Postmath and 'Math Secretary' will open up in the edutech market.
