Pikurate has officially launched its domain-specific AI chatbot service, consolidating its core technology: link-based knowledge curation capabilities. This chatbot, in addition to its generative AI research automation feature, innovatively enhances user information utilization efficiency by applying its unique 'Link Learning' technology, which learns bundles of web links as a knowledge base.
Previously, Pikurate provided content management solutions as a bookmark-type curation platform for knowledge workers. With this AI chatbot, it has simultaneously secured expertise and efficiency by going beyond simple link storage and utilizing links themselves as learning data. Notably, it boasts a much lighter and faster learning structure compared to existing file upload-centric chatbots, adopting a system that analyzes and responds to link-based information in real-time, powered by RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) technology. Users can create a customized chatbot within minutes using only their knowledge links, immediately leveraging it for information organization, research, internal document responses, and more.
Pikurate, headquartered in Jeju with research bases in Seoul, Gimpo, and other locations, is a rapidly growing startup based on its unique platform that integrates generative AI and knowledge curation technology. It has secured a total of 5 key patents both domestically and internationally and has received recognition for both its technological prowess and market potential, including an award at a global startup demo day held in New York. To date, it has attracted over 1.2 billion won in cumulative investment from IBK, CNT Tech, Seoul National University Technology Holdings, Smartstudy Ventures, and others. It has also successfully completed PoC (Proof of Concept) and chatbot development projects with major domestic corporations and various startups, demonstrating high technological applicability and customer satisfaction. Pikurate is currently leading the SaaS-based hyper-personalized chatbot market, rapidly expanding its customer base across various domains including enterprises, research institutions, educational institutions, and professional service industries.
Song Seok-gyu, CEO of Pikurate, emphasized that this chatbot launch marks the full-fledged beginning of an 'era of personalized GPTs' where users can infinitely utilize their link-based knowledge and information. He expressed his ambition to provide an environment where even small organizations can easily build expert-level chatbots through the combination of two core elements: generative AI and Link Learning.
