On the 17th, OpenSurvey's 'Data on Fire 2025' conference successfully kicked off. It was a venue that deeply illuminated key strategies and real-world cases in an era where AI and data are reshaping customer experience. Marking its second year, this event established itself as a core platform where over 700 industry experts – marketers, researchers, and planners – gathered to grasp the importance of data-driven decision-making and share new insights. Hwang Heeyoung, CEO of OpenSurvey, along with product and development teams, presented a clear vision for the challenges businesses would face amid the AI-driven changes in the research environment, officially opening the conference. Following this, working-level executives from leading companies in their respective fields, including Starbucks, Musinsa, and Socar, took to the stage. They vividly shared innovative customer experience improvements and successful data-driven strategy cases utilizing OpenSurvey's 'Dataspace' platform, receiving enthusiastic responses from attendees. As the final segment, three concurrent track sessions covering marketing, UX research, and customer experience were held. OpenSurvey experts and industry leaders exchanged field-oriented, in-depth know-how and practical insights in a discussion format, delivering a wealth of knowledge. CEO Hwang Heeyoung expressed gratitude to the participants, stating, "I hoped this would be a venue where research and data experts in the AI era could seize opportunities and share OpenSurvey's vision." He also emphasized that "OpenSurvey will continue to support companies in internalizing data utilization capabilities and deeply understanding customer experience through technology amidst the great transformation in research."
