NXN Labs Accelerates Push into European Market with Fashion AI Technology… Capturing Attention of Luxury Brands at VivaTech
NXN Labs, a generative AI startup leading innovation in fashion e-commerce, showcased its global presence by participating in 'VivaTech,' Europe's largest tech expo held in Paris, France, last June, for the second consecutive year. Selected as an official participant in the Korea Pavilion with support from the Korea Institute of Design Promotion's 'Style Tech Promising Company Co-growth Program,' NXN Labs garnered significant attention from the European fashion and retail industries by demonstrating its proprietary multimodal diffusion AI technology and virtual fitting solutions at the event.
NXN Labs' core technology lies in its ability to automatically generate realistic fashion model images within 30 seconds, using only text and image inputs. Luxury brands, particularly those in France and Italy, highly praised its high-resolution image rendering capabilities, as well as its unique ability to build AI models that authentically capture a brand's distinct look and feel. This technological prowess, which goes beyond merely generating apparel-worn images to perfectly visualize a brand's identity, has been recognized as NXN Labs' differentiated competitive advantage. To achieve this, NXN Labs recruits not only AI technical personnel but also visual directors and creative experts from the fashion industry, fostering synergy that combines advanced technology with deep industry understanding.
Currently, NXN Labs serves major fashion platforms and global luxury brands as clients in Korea and the U.S. Building on its presence at VivaTech, the company plans to accelerate its expansion into the European market. Beyond product detail pages, NXN Labs is also launching an editorial image generation service, applicable across various channels like brand campaigns and magazines, thereby broadening its content utilization capabilities.
Lee Jae-won, CEO of NXN Labs, stated, "We are observing a rapid shift this year, with brands that were cautious about adopting generative AI until last year now quickly transitioning to actual implementation discussions and contracts." He further expressed the company's ambition to establish itself as a visual partner that helps brands appear 'more like themselves' in the era of generative AI, having confirmed collaboration possibilities in the European market.
In its early stages, NXN Labs rapidly demonstrated its technological prowess and growth potential by attracting initial investments from prominent investors such as Naver D2SF and KB Investment, and by being selected for the Deep Tech TIPS program. Recently, the company was re-selected for the Korea Institute of Design Promotion's 'Style Tech Promising Company Co-growth Program,' a move expected to further enhance the precision of its fashion generative AI models and accelerate its global service expansion.
