## Now Robotics Makes First Large-Scale Investment Post-Listing! Production Capacity 'Jumps Up' with Second Factory Secured in Incheon Now Robotics, a company specializing in robotics, has purchased land and a building for its second factory in Incheon's Namdong Industrial Complex, marking its first large-scale investment in production infrastructure since its KOSDAQ listing. This is a strategic choice to proactively respond to surging market demand and global expansion, and is expected to further strengthen production stability, delivery competitiveness, and its export base. The second factory, located near the headquarters, will secure more than double the existing production capacity and will be utilized as a dedicated space for the full-scale mass production of key lineups, especially industrial robots and autonomous mobile robots (AMR). Through this, it is expected that lead time will be significantly shortened and the ability to handle large orders will be dramatically strengthened. Now Robotics plans to commence full-scale operations at the second factory in early 2026, following remodeling and the establishment of new production facilities. After its completion, in addition to the research and development and trial production functions previously carried out by the main headquarters, it is expected to establish itself as a core base for robot mass production, serving as a stepping stone for export expansion and revenue growth. Leveraging its strategic location in the Seoul metropolitan area, it is also expected to be advantageous for securing excellent talent. A company official stated, "In line with the explosive growth of the industrial robot and logistics robot markets, we have proactively secured the second factory ahead of the large-scale new factory construction planned for completion by 2027." They emphasized, "This second factory will establish itself as a core infrastructure capable of optimizing the mass production system and agilely responding to global demand." This investment represents an interim stage in the plan to build an integrated production, logistics, testing, research, and education complex campus for the entire robot lineup, scheduled for completion in 2028. It will serve as a critical stepping stone in Now Robotics' mid-to-long-term growth strategy. The company plans to incrementally expand its technical engineers, production, and quality control personnel based on the metropolitan area's infrastructure, establishing a stable mass production system and further accelerating the strengthening of its global manufacturing competitiveness.
