Ninehire, a recruitment management solution, has recorded overwhelming growth within one year of integrating with Job Korea, establishing itself as a leader in the recruitment market. As of March this year, its Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) surged by over 52% compared to the same period last year, the average revenue from new corporate clients increased by over 46%, and the number of paid client companies grew by over 40%, demonstrating remarkable performance across all indicators. The key drivers behind this rapid growth are the strong synergy with Job Korea, coupled with Ninehire's innovative service enhancements. Ninehire has currently established the industry's largest number of service integration partnerships, totaling 25, maximizing customer convenience through organic connections with various solutions such as recruitment platforms, AI interviews, aptitude tests, and coding tests. Notably, the industry's first no-code based recruitment workflow automation feature has dramatically improved the efficiency of corporate recruitment processes. Actual HR managers at companies have highly praised Ninehire's unique strengths, stating that thanks to this feature, "they can manage numerous applicants quickly and accurately, and simultaneously achieve the benefits of improved recruitment branding and reduced lead times."
