Now Robotics, a leader in robot innovation, has filed its securities registration statement for a KOSDAQ listing, signaling the full-scale launch of its leap onto the global stage. Since its establishment in 2016, Now Robotics has been an intelligent robot specialist company that has grown based on its unique technological prowess in industrial robots and autonomous logistics robots. Its flagship products boast a diverse lineup, including pick-and-place, Cartesian, articulated, and SCARA robots.
In particular, the company has secured competitiveness by self-developing all core technologies, including the framework and control engine central to robots, servo-control-based precision control, precision driving technology for unmanned mobile robots, a robot operating SW platform, and hardware design/development technology. Through this, it provides customers with a 'one-stop total robot solution,' leading the market.
Lee Jong-joo, CEO of Now Robotics, stated his aspiration that through this KOSDAQ listing, the company will further accelerate facility investments and technological innovation, and through continuous R&D and marketing expansion, it will emerge as a truly global robotics company.
This public offering will consist of a total of 2.5 million shares, with the desired offering price band set at 5,900 KRW to 6,800 KRW per share. Through this, the company plans to raise a total of 14.75 billion KRW to a maximum of 17.0 billion KRW. Industry sources expect that the demand forecast for institutional investors will take place from the 11th to the 17th of next month, and the subscription for general investors will proceed from the 21st to the 24th of the same month. Daishin Securities is acting as the lead underwriter for the listing, and IM Securities as the joint underwriter.
