Namdomarket, a leader in distribution innovation in Dongdaemun and Namdaemun, has achieved the remarkable feat of being selected for the '2025 TIPA ValueUP' support program, organized by the Korea Technology and Information Promotion Agency for SMEs (TIPA) under the Ministry of SMEs and Startups. This program is a key initiative that identifies SMEs with outstanding technological capabilities and growth potential, strengthens their investment attraction capabilities, and helps them enter the global market. TIPA ValueUP selects promising companies based on thorough in-depth evaluations by investment experts, comprehensively reviewing their technological feasibility, business viability, and management capabilities. A distinctive feature is the application of multi-layered selection criteria, including preferential treatment for non-capital region companies and exemption from written evaluations for companies with excellent R&D achievements. Namdomarket earned the honor of this selection by being recognized for its B2B commerce platform capabilities, which digitized the traditional wholesale distribution network of Dongdaemun and Namdaemun and optimized it with advanced AI technology. Their unique approach of efficiently connecting suppliers and small business owners with AI technology was highly praised. In particular, Namdomarket's three core solutions—the ND MARKET commerce platform, ND UNCLE (an automated order and settlement system for small business owners), and ND BOX (a fulfillment service exclusively for wholesalers)—were highlighted as exemplary cases of the organic convergence of technology and distribution. Building on this TIPA ValueUP selection, Namdomarket plans to actively pursue key scale-up strategies such as attracting global investment, expanding into the Japanese market, and advancing its AI technology. Based on the government's credible technology verification and investment linkage support, the company aims to further strengthen its position in the global market and firmly establish itself as a competitive K-B2B platform. Yang Seung-woo, CEO of Namdomarket, emphasized, "This achievement is the result of not just our technological prowess, but also the recognition of our proven performance and platform competitiveness in the actual distribution field." He added, "We will connect the value of wholesale markets and small sellers with AI, and leap forward as a leading K-B2B commerce company that spearheads the global reverse direct purchase era." Namdomarket, whose name signifies 'uncommon wholesale,' is living up to its name by leading the digital transformation of the domestic and international wholesale and retail ecosystem and presenting a new distribution paradigm.
