Moving beyond its existing e-signature platform, the company fully unveiled 'Modusign Cabinet', an AI-powered Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) solution, presenting its future vision. 'Modusign Cabinet' is an innovative solution that automates complex management tasks after contract execution. AI deeply understands and automatically categorizes contract contents, precisely extracting key schedules, potential risks, and important obligation fulfillment details, thereby maximizing management efficiency. It boasts high accuracy through the combination of Optical Character Recognition (OCR), Large Language Models (LLM), and a domain-knowledge-based AI engine, and in the future, all Modusign product lines (eSign·Form·Review·Cabinet) will be seamlessly integrated to provide a truly unified contract management experience.
