## Miso Achieves 500 Billion Won Growth in One Year, Surpassing 1.5 Trillion Won in Cumulative Transaction Volume for Home Service Platform Home service platform Miso is garnering attention in the domestic market, recording remarkable growth. As of June 2025, its cumulative transaction volume has surpassed 1.5 trillion won, and notably, it has demonstrated its potential by achieving an additional 500 billion won in the past year alone. Miso, which began as a simple home cleaning service, is now barely recognizable from its past. It has further professionalized its existing cleaning and moving services and boldly expanded into new business areas such as home appliance rental. Furthermore, by introducing artificial intelligence (AI) functions, it has advanced its services, transforming into a comprehensive platform that truly mediates a vast array of approximately 200 home services. Behind this explosive growth is not only the steady popularity of existing core services but also a surge in bookings for newly introduced services like internet subscription and home appliance rental. Additionally, the overall activation of the platform's approximately 200 services across the board has driven comprehensive growth. Miso has especially gained significant customer traction by establishing a system that allows everything to be resolved at once on a single platform – from essential daily services like house cleaning, car washing, and internet subscription, to services with concentrated demand at specific times, such as moving, move-in cleaning, and air conditioner cleaning. Among these, the 'One-Stop Moving' solution, aimed at handling the entire moving process in one go, was a key growth driver. Nearly half of all moving customers used two or more services simultaneously in conjunction with their move, demonstrating customers' strong need to simplify the cumbersome moving process. Furthermore, the AI function introduced last May has contributed significantly to boosting the booking conversion rate by quickly understanding customer inquiries and seamlessly supporting everything from problem-solving to service connection. Victor Ching, CEO of Miso, emphasized, "Miso, which started as a home cleaning O2O platform, has now completed a customized service ecosystem that encompasses all aspects of an individual's daily life." He further stated his ambition, "Building on this achievement, made possible by balanced growth across all 200 service areas, we will focus even more on mutual growth with partners and enhancing customer convenience to lead the domestic home service market." Miso is expected to continue opening new horizons in the home service market through ceaseless innovation.
