Miso Crowned 'All-Purpose Life App'! Over 1000 Services, from Homecare to Legal and Hobbies, All at Once!
The familiar Miso has returned in a completely new form! It's welcome news that now, with just one Miso app, we can solve almost every problem in our daily lives. The lifestyle service platform Miso has announced a major transformation into a 'life-centric super app,' significantly expanding its service scope beyond its existing home service focus to include over 1000 services such as legal, events, private tutoring, and hobbies.
If you were satisfied with the existing 200+ home services like cleaning, moving, internet, and appliance rental, now over 1000 services, including legal, finance, events, beauty, private tutoring, job searching, hobbies, lessons, and even professional outsourcing, have been integrated into the Miso app. Customers no longer need to search across different apps; they can request and conveniently resolve all desired services with just one Miso app.
This large-scale expansion is thanks to Miso's deep understanding and efficient operational know-how accumulated over the past 10 years in the home service market. In particular, the LLM (Large Language Model)-based AI solution introduced last May automatically finds and connects services for customers just by them speaking their desired service in natural language, and this convenience is equally applied to the newly added 1000+ services.
Miso's platform takes responsibility for the entire process, from service booking to pricing, quality management, and connection support, facilitating easy use. Another strength is that it transparently provides not only quotes from various partners but also honest reviews and ratings, empowering customers to directly choose the expert best suited for them.

Miso, which started as a cleaning service brokerage platform in 2015 and celebrates its 10th anniversary this year, has already proven its capabilities by recording over 1.5 trillion KRW in cumulative transaction volume and more than 10 million orders. Now, Miso is expected to leap beyond being a 'must-have lifestyle app' to become a 'platform that solves everything in life,' making our daily lives smarter and more convenient.
