An innovative wave is sweeping through the residential service market. Doogeobisesang, which operates 'Apartner,' Korea's largest apartment management platform, and Meisters, an AI-based home appliance installation and repair specialist, have joined hands. This is a strategic alliance to resolve long-standing inconveniences for residents and provide a better residential experience through the Apartner network, which connects over 3.2 million households. According to a survey by Green Korea United, we own an average of 63 electronic products, and while 83% have experience with repairs, 72% experience difficulties in the process. This reality is evidence of the urgent need for expert assistance. Through this agreement, Meisters' skilled technical personnel will be deployed to over 4,000 Apartner-contracted complexes. Beyond simple home appliance installation and management, a comprehensive residential solution will be provided to resolve even minor inconveniences for residents, including replacing everyday consumables such as lighting, faucets, and doorknobs. Particularly from March, the 'One-Stop Home Appliance Installation Service,' which resolves everything from delivery and installation to removal of existing products when purchasing new home appliances, and the 'Spring Home Appliance Cleaning and Care Service,' which maintains appliances cleanly in line with seasonal changes, will be fully implemented, further enhancing residential convenience. Cheon Hong-jun, CEO of Meisters, stated that he was deeply impressed by Apartner's rapid scalability and its commitment to resolving resident inconveniences, emphasizing that combining the expertise of both companies would significantly reduce the burden of residential management. Yoo Kwang-yeon, CEO of Doogeobisesang, also expressed great anticipation, stating that resolving residents' daily grievances and improving their residential experience are top priorities, and a reliable service will be realized through Meisters' expertise. Established in 2019, Meisters has distinguished itself in the field of AI technology-integrated home appliance installation and repair, growing based on the B2B market. Recently, it was selected as a 'D.CAMP Batch' company operated by the Banks Foundation for Young Entrepreneurs, recognizing its technological prowess and service potential. This collaboration is expected to go beyond mere convenience, pursuing eco-friendly values such as improved energy efficiency and extended product lifespan, and contributing to the dissemination of a sustainable residential culture.
