Mocoflex's innovative delivery platform 'Baerangi' is expanding its delivery services to beaches and tourist destinations, offering mutual benefit to both small business owners and tourists. Baerangi is gaining attention for its groundbreaking model, which breaks away from the high commission fee structure of existing delivery markets by only charging PG (payment gateway) fees. Instead of using its own riders, it utilizes a delivery network directly built by local small business owners and communities. This provides small business owners with delivery services at reasonable costs and significantly contributes to the revitalization of the local economy. Having successfully launched its service in Sasang-gu and Saha-gu, Busan, last April, Baerangi secured over 400 affiliated stores in just two months, establishing itself as a strong helper for local businesses. Now, Baerangi is expanding its innovative model to Wahyeon Beach in Geoje, Gyeongnam, a mecca for summer tourism. Tourist destinations located on the outskirts of cities, such as Wahyeon Beach, have had limited access to large delivery platforms despite a rich demand for delivery services. As a result, small business owners in the surrounding commercial areas have faced limitations, having to rely solely on offline orders. To solve these problems, Baerangi has introduced a smart method of attaching dedicated QR codes to parasols and placards within Wahyeon Beach. Tourists can easily order food from nearby restaurants listed on Baerangi by simply scanning the QR code without needing to install a separate app. The store or a local rider then quickly transports the food directly to a designated delivery zone on the beach. This service offers tourists a convenient gastronomic experience and provides small business owners with new opportunities for revenue generation, thereby revitalizing local commercial areas. Starting with Wahyeon Beach, Baerangi plans to expand its operational scope to various locations nationwide that require delivery services, such as other beaches, waterfront parks, campgrounds, and festival venues. Park Na-ra, CEO of Mocoflex, stated, "We hope that through Baerangi, tourists can conveniently enjoy local cuisine and small business owners can gain new revenue opportunities," adding that they plan to develop it into a practical platform for small business owners through advanced smart order and automated marketing features in the future. Meanwhile, Mocoflex's flagship solution, 'QRO Biz,' provides a one-stop system necessary for offline store operation and brand expansion, including QR code-based table order services, AI-based automated marketing, franchisee customer relationship management (CRM), and website/app creation, thereby robustly supporting Baerangi's technical foundation.
