## The AI Era: Seeking Solutions for Corporate Competitiveness: Lesser's 'Able Campus' Successfully Concludes Seminar on Successful AI Adoption Strategies
As AI rapidly emerges as a core driver of corporate competitiveness, Lesser's AI education brand 'Able Campus' successfully hosted the 'Key Strategies for Successful AI Adoption by Enterprises' seminar at SKY31, Lotte World Tower, Seoul, on the 21st, garnering significant attention from the industry. HRD and DX/DT managers, as well as decision-makers from leading companies across various industries including finance, manufacturing, construction, telecommunications, and pharmaceuticals, attended in large numbers, seeking practical solutions for enterprise AI adoption.
This seminar, organized to address the difficulties in strategy formulation and the challenges of re-attempting after initial trial-and-error that many companies face during AI adoption, focused on presenting practical, solution-oriented approaches—from securing AI literacy to actual implementation and operational strategies. This aligned with the survey results from public opinion research firm 'The Harris Poll,' which reported that 72% of business leaders identify improving employee productivity as the main driver for AI adoption.
Lesser presented three in-depth sessions addressing the core challenges companies face during their AI transition. CEO Shim Kyu-hyun, through the 'Creating Business Value with AI' session, shared 2025 AI technology trends and successful AI project strategies, presenting real-world examples of business innovation. Following this, Director Kim Jong-min detailed the know-how for preparing and incrementally applying AI adoption by efficiently utilizing internal data assets, under the theme 'In-house Data Utilization Strategies for AI Adoption.'
Team Leader Choi Hye-rin emphasized organizational-level preparation measures to increase AI project success rates in the session 'Methods for Spreading AI Utilization Culture within Organizations.' She particularly stressed that the AI usage rate among organization members is key to project success, and garnered attendees' agreement by specifically outlining methods for building a sustainable AI utilization culture through the role of leadership and practical education linkages.
In the case study presentation session, Cho Young-chan, RF (Research Fellow) at SK mySUNI, captured attention with his presentation on 'Change Promotion Strategies for Enhancing AI Capabilities of SK Members.' RF Cho emphasized that "AI adoption is a process of continuous trial-and-error and learning rather than succeeding in a single attempt," and introduced SK Group's multifaceted approaches, including AI literacy education, practical application projects, and internal competitions. He asserted, "Promoting AI-based change requires more than just education; environment, leadership, and organizational culture must form a trinity." He generated a significant response by presenting concrete examples, demonstrating that over 400 generative AI usage cases were derived through SK Group's self-developed generative AI learning programs and community-based social learning, strengthening problem-solving capabilities within the group in various areas such as task automation, planning/content development, and data analysis, in conjunction with expert mentoring.
The panel discussion, which concluded the seminar, engaged in an in-depth discourse on 'Know-how for Successful AI Adoption.' Panelists with practical experience in applying AI adoption strategies in actual companies shared rich insights on key elements of AI agent service planning, examples of AI transition strategies by company, and AI market outlooks. In particular, the presentation of clear solutions to the practical concerns of attendees who are directly implementing AI in their current roles garnered an explosive response. Survey results showed that 95% were satisfied with the seminar content, and more than half expressed interest in AI consulting, further underscoring the success of the event.
Kim Tae-hee, COO of Lesser, stated, "Through this seminar, we were once again able to confirm that many companies are deeply considering concrete directions for AI adoption." He emphasized, "Able Campus will provide comprehensive support to help companies identify practical AI challenges, starting with AI education, and ultimately achieve successful AI transformation," proclaiming Lesser's commitment to leading the corporate AI education market.
