On May 10th, the commemorative event held at its headquarters in Gangnam-gu, Seoul, under the theme of '10 Years of Agents Running as One Team,' was a significant occasion where all members who have been with the company since its early days (first-generation employees, operations team, technology team, customer experience team, etc.) gathered to reflect on a decade of valuable journey. From early struggles to customer-needs-driven service expansion, and the footsteps that led to a 'change in clothing lifestyle habits,' 10 years of growth were vividly shared. Even amidst skeptical views asking, 'Who would outsource their laundry?,' Laundry Special Forces delved into customers' hidden needs, offering convenience and innovation. This went beyond simply providing laundry services, leaving a significant footprint by transforming the 'clothing lifestyle habits' of our society itself. Now, customers have even begun to proactively request service expansion, asking 'Doesn't Laundry Special Forces do this?', to the point where the new habits created by Laundry Special Forces have become part of daily life. This robust growth is clearly evident through key indicators. Laundry Special Forces currently recorded operating profit surpluses on both a monthly and quarterly basis, proving its solid revenue structure. Specifically, in March and April of this year, the EBIT ratio relative to sales reached approximately 13%, and it demonstrated consistent growth of over 5% on a quarterly basis. Furthermore, in terms of EBITDA, it surged by over 2600% in Q1 compared to the same period last year, definitively showing a clear improvement in profitability. According to Mobile Index, a mobile data analysis platform, Laundry Special Forces' Monthly Active Users (MAU) in April was tallied at 105,937. This is an increase of 20,891 users compared to the previous month, and a result of raising its user share within the 'Cleaning, Laundry, and Helper' category to 15.92%, an increase of 2.44%. This is interpreted as an achievement driven by the positive trend of increased customer inflow and rising service re-utilization rates. Building on the success accumulated over the past 10 years, Laundry Special Forces aims to evolve as a 'lifestyle partner' for the next decade. Its ambition is to transform into a company that provides convenience and value across all aspects of customers' lives, beyond simply offering laundry services. Now that the new habits we created have become daily life, the next 10 years will see us become a companion that further enriches customers' daily lives.
