Enrise's healthcare platform, QUAT, recorded explosive growth this January, driven by a surge in indoor exercise demand coupled with a strategic approach. In January alone, QUAT's transaction volume surged by 108% compared to the previous month, and its number of active paid subscribers increased by 36%, achieving remarkable results. This growth is attributed not only to market conditions where more customers sought indoor exercise due to winter cold waves and long holidays, but also to QUAT's distinctive strategy proving effective. QUAT enhanced user satisfaction through its self-developed home training equipment, abundant content linked to it, and challenge campaigns that encourage consistent exercise. Notably, the conversion rate of 7-day free trial users to a one-year subscription increased by 26% compared to before, thanks to the expansion of its product lineup, centered on home Pilates and home stretching equipment favored by female consumers, such as BaroFORM and BaroBOARD. The development of various small exercise tools, including multi-step boxes, yoga rings, and dumbbells, to build a systematic equipment lineup also played a key role. Subscriber retention metrics also showed positive changes. Weekly content playback increased by 60%, and the proportion of users exercising three or more times a week rose by 40%, indicating an upward trend. This is because new campaigns, such as refund challenges for consecutive workouts and habit diary writing, in addition to providing dedicated classes for each piece of equipment, encouraged users to exercise continuously and contributed to higher subscription retention rates. QUAT plans to continue focusing on creating content utilizing exercise equipment this year. In November of last year, it continued to expand its product line, developing 'Board Pilates' for home Pilates and a 'Massage Roller' that maximizes massage effects, with support from the Korea Sports Promotion Foundation. Kim Bong-ki, CEO of Enrise, stated, "January is typically a special period for exercise, but this time we recorded particularly high sales growth," and expressed his ambition to further expand the indoor exercise culture by advancing exercise equipment and personalized content. QUAT's success demonstrates Enrise's vision to lead the home training market with innovative equipment and content, going beyond being just an exercise platform.
