Job Korea's foreign job search and recruitment service, KLiK, has launched a new dedicated app to innovate employment convenience for 2.5 million foreign residents in Korea. KLiK, which has demonstrated rapid growth by surpassing 112,000 cumulative job postings in just nine months since its service launch, will significantly enhance user accessibility and convenience with this app release. The newly launched app allows intuitive use of all KLiK services, including job search, recommended/trending keywords, job scraping, and the lounge, without needing to go through a web browser. Particularly, the session maintenance feature enables users to quickly receive real-time updates such as personalized job information and application statuses via push notifications, without the need to log in repeatedly. The 'AI Recommended Jobs' feature, based on KLiK's proprietary AI algorithm, analyzes job seekers' profiles, including visa type, career, and interests, to immediately suggest optimized job information on the main screen. Following the introduction of this feature, the number of KLiK individual members surged by over 500%, proving its effectiveness. Additionally, the 'Lounge' feature, a platform for sharing employment and lifestyle information, has also been improved to prominently display key posts of interest to global talent and facilitate easy sharing and viewing of information across a total of seven categories, including job preparation, visas, and counseling. KLiK expects that through its dedicated app, foreign talent will acquire recruitment information more quickly and expand job application opportunities. Concurrently, hiring companies are also anticipated to benefit from increased job posting exposure and accelerated recruitment speeds due to a larger pool of applicants. Moving forward, KLiK plans to develop into a comprehensive platform covering all aspects of employment and life for foreigners in Korea through advanced AI matching, community expansion, operation of its own SNS, hosting offline networking parties, and expanding collaborations with external services. Chris Hur, Business Lead for Job Korea KLiK, emphasized, "With just the KLiK app, talented individuals of various nationalities will be able to exchange all information necessary for living in Korea, from employment to general daily life."
