The YouTube program 'Startup Morning Coffee', hosted by CEO Jeon Hwa-sung, is broadcast live every day at 8:40 AM on the 'Jeon Hwa-sung's CNTV' channel. It deeply illuminates the core competencies and market potential of promising startups and fosters an active platform for information exchange within the startup ecosystem through real-time communication with viewers. Onit Korea, one of the recently highlighted startups, is a company leading logistics innovation for SMEs with its AI-based cargo transportation automation technology. It has attracted investment from the Hankook Tire Mobility Fund and successfully pivoted its business model to B2B cargo transportation automation. Onit Korea, currently participating in CNT Tech's Campus Town support program, targets small and medium-sized manufacturing companies with annual sales of 10 billion to 60 billion won as its main customers, focusing on resolving chronic logistics problems such as inefficient wired transportation methods, data non-standardization, manual workload burden, and inefficient logistics cost management. Onit Korea's core competitiveness lies in its DX (Digital Transformation)-based logistics services. Through this, it achieves a 10% reduction in transportation costs and offers remarkable efficiency, processing dispatch requests to driver confirmation in just 1-2 minutes with its mobile-based dispatch system. Furthermore, its automated quotation and settlement system maximizes work efficiency, while strict driver management and a robust driver network ensure highly reliable transportation services. These innovative solutions are gaining increasing attention as they meet the need for digital transformation in a changing market environment, such as the expansion of industrial accident insurance for cargo truck drivers. CEO Jeon Hwa-sung highly praised Onit Korea's commission-based business model and its highly efficient B2B advertising-based customer acquisition method, costing approximately 100,000 won per case. Its rapid growth, with sales of 700 million won last year after the pivot and an anticipated 1.5 billion won this year, is attributed to this efficiency. Onit Korea, which dramatically enhances logistics efficiency and reduces costs for SMEs through AI-based cargo transportation automation, is expected to establish itself as a key player in the future logistics market.
