**IT&Basic Partners with HR Development Institute of Korea Polytechnic University to Strengthen Faculty Competencies**
HR tech specialist IT&Basic has signed a business agreement with the HR Development Institute of Korea Polytechnic University, contributing to improving the quality of public vocational training education in Korea. IT&Basic, well-known for its organizational diagnostic solution 'ShimOffice' trusted by leading domestic companies like Samsung Electronics and Naver, has solidified its position as an industry leader, having even attracted strategic investment from Naver.
This agreement focuses on elevating the educational expertise of the HR Development Institute, which is responsible for improving the job competencies of faculty and staff at over 40 Polytechnic University campuses nationwide. IT&Basic will utilize its core solutions 'ShimCareer' and 'ShimOffice' to not only strengthen the teaching methodology capabilities of Polytechnic University faculty but also provide leadership training programs.
Specifically, faculty participating in the HR Development Institute's training will receive support to enhance their teaching methodology capabilities based on scientific diagnosis through 'ShimCareer,' and will be able to improve their student guidance and leadership skills through diagnostic and educational programs based on 'ShimOffice.' Beyond merely adopting solutions, both organizations plan to collaborate closely in joint development of educational content and data analysis to create continuous synergy.
Min Kyung-wook, CEO of IT&Basic, said, "Our solutions, recognized by top domestic companies, will make a tangible contribution to strengthening the capabilities of Polytechnic faculty, who are crucial for fostering national technical talent," and expressed expectations for improved student guidance and leadership. Kim Soon-bum, head of the HR Development Institute, also responded by saying, "IT&Basic's expertise will elevate our faculty's guidance capabilities to the next level and will be of great help in achieving our shared goal of students' successful entry into society," emphasizing the importance of this cooperation. This strategic alliance is expected to be an important foundation for IT&Basic's proven HR solutions to expand into the public education sector.
