In September, at 'COMEUP in Jeju', which heated up Jeju Dream Tower, 'EAT THE COMPANY' proved its innovative vision by being honored as the best startup! It captured the hearts of the judges with an ingenious model that remarkably blended tourism and local food.
The core of EAT THE COMPANY is to bring 'the taste of travel into everyday life'. Through its convenient meal platform 'Kkinikit', it has introduced products like the 'Jeju Namul Hot Pot Rice Kit', a modular one-meal instant food utilizing local specialties such as Jeju Gondre (Korean thistle) and rapeseed greens, thereby presenting a new paradigm: 'visiting tourist food'. This allows people to fully enjoy the special gourmet experiences they had during their travels, even at home.
Initially, it contributed to boosting 'the appetite self-esteem of mothers' through 'Mammarecipe', a snack curation service for mothers. Now, it is preparing to launch 'Kkinipocket' for single-person households and expand its subscription model, aiming to add richness to more people's dining tables.
