Ieum Partners Launches Integrated Funeral B2B Platform 'JangryeIeum'

Eum Partners is attracting attention by unveiling 'Jangryeieum', a cloud-based B2B platform poised to resolve the chronic inefficiencies and disputes prevalent in Korea's funeral service industry. It is expected to bring innovation to the existing market, which has frequently seen settlement disputes due to the intertwining of various stakeholders like mutual aid companies, funeral homes, and ceremonial service providers, leading to complexity and the absence of a consistent management system. 'Jangryeieum' records and connects the entire process in one system in real-time, from the event organizer's initial request to event reception, assignment, ordering, delivery/installation, ceremonial records, and final settlement. This aims to support collaboration between mutual aid company headquarters and on-site partners based on identical data and standardized procedures, thereby reducing unnecessary disputes and significantly enhancing the transparency of on-site operations. This platform is designed for all related parties, including mutual aid companies, funeral homes, ceremonial service providers, and funeral directors, to cooperate organically according to standardized procedures. Mutual aid company headquarters can monitor the status of nationwide event progress, transactions, and ceremonial status in real-time, while on-site funeral directors can reduce the burden of existing manual record-keeping by easily processing tasks via a mobile app. 'Jangryeieum' is a SaaS (Software as a Service) structure usable on PCs, mobile devices, and tablets. It has enhanced security by clarifying information management standards through organization and authority-based data access control, and through personal information encryption and compliance with KISA guidelines.
