Heum cited comprehensive rebranding, along with the complete free-of-charge policy for its electronic tax invoice issuance service, as key drivers behind this rapid growth. Analysis suggests that the free service, which fully commenced in August, had a decisive impact on attracting new users. Heum's core service, 'Alfred,' offers intuitive features that allow users to easily view and issue tax invoices by simply linking their HomeTax account once. This exceptional convenience has led to an explosive adoption by small business owners and SMEs who struggle with complex tax-related tasks. Concurrently, the comprehensive rebranding executed in August also positively impacted subscriber growth. Through unified brand colors and a complete overhaul of its UI/UX, the service's intuitiveness and consistency were significantly enhanced, and as a result, Alfred's average daily dwell time increased by 10.4% compared to the previous month, demonstrating user satisfaction.
