Humanscape, a leader in the digital healthcare sector, has selected KB Securities as its lead underwriter, officially commencing preparations for its ambitious Initial Public Offering (IPO). Humanscape, which has driven innovation through its pregnancy and parenting platform ‘MOMMYTALK’ and patient-focused service ‘RARENOTE’, aims to open new horizons in the global healthcare market through this listing. Having already garnered approximately 75 billion won in cumulative investments from prominent domestic and international institutions such as GC Holdings, Daewoong Pharmaceutical, and Kakao Investment, and thus recognized for its growth potential, Humanscape is now preparing for its next leap forward through the IPO. Humanscape's core service, ‘MOMMYTALK’, has established itself as an essential app, chosen by over 90% of pregnant women in Korea. It boasts an overwhelming market share, evidenced by over 1.45 million cumulative downloads, offering everything from ultrasound videos to weekly fetal growth information and newborn development checklists. Notably, its commerce sector recorded explosive growth, with transaction volume surging by 186% year-on-year this year. Demonstrating its true value in international markets, its global user base, including in the U.S., Vietnam, and Indonesia, more than doubled year-on-year, with a more than five-fold increase specifically in the U.S. market. Driven by this momentum, global revenue increased by 308% this year, firmly proving its potential for success in the world market. ‘RARENOTE’, another key platform, helps patients manage personalized disease information in one place, including treatment cost calculations, clinical trial participation, and medication management, as well as efficiently managing their medical records. Simultaneously, it provides valuable data essential for new drug development and research to pharmaceutical companies and research institutions, thereby building a symbiotic healthcare ecosystem. Humanscape plans to primarily invest the funds raised through the IPO in accelerating ‘MOMMYTALK’s’ global market expansion and developing innovative AI-based diagnostic assistance solutions. Leveraging its extensive user base and data acquired to date, its vision is to secure new growth engines that will lead the future healthcare market.
