All-in-one AI growth platform Hackle has acquired deep link service SupaLink, setting out to advance CRM marketing and preempt market opportunities. This acquisition marks Hackle's first external service integration and is regarded as a strategic move to capitalize on the market void created by the discontinuation of Google Firebase Dynamic Links (FDL). Hackle is an AI-powered growth platform that supports A/B testing, data analytics, and personalized CRM marketing, utilized by over 200 companies including Olive Young, Samyang, and GS Caltex for data-driven decision-making. Its distinguishing feature is enabling marketers, PM/POs, and developers to efficiently collaborate on a single dashboard, thereby accelerating growth. Launched earlier this year, SupaLink is a deep link service that has rapidly grown, securing over 300 domestic and international corporate and individual users ahead of the FDL discontinuation (August). Hackle had identified a strong demand for FDL alternative services through numerous client meetings, and with the acquisition of SupaLink, it has actively responded to these market needs and secured new touchpoints. Hackle plans to maintain SupaLink as an independent service, respecting the existing user experience. This is a strategic decision to gain a deeper understanding of deep link technology and actual user requirements. Based on the insights gained through SupaLink, Hackle plans to actively pursue technology research and service enhancements in line with the increasing importance of links connecting to apps in future CRM marketing processes. A Hackle official emphasized, “There's a growing trend towards the importance of organic connections with external channels in the CRM marketing environment,” adding, “The insights gained from the SupaLink acquisition will significantly contribute to further advancing Hackle's data-driven marketing automation technology.” This acquisition is drawing attention as a proactive move by Hackle to shrewdly seize opportunities amidst the market change brought by FDL discontinuation, aiming to achieve both technology expansion and new market entry.
