Jeju's blue sea was filled with the fervent passion of the 15th cohort of the Gyeonggi Northern Youth Entrepreneurship Academy! CNTTech, a steadfast supporter of young entrepreneurs, successfully hosted the '2025 Gyeonggi Northern Youth Entrepreneurship Vision Leadership Camp' in Jeju from May 22nd to 23rd. This camp was not merely a break but was designed to foster strong bonds among the 15th cohort, who are poised to leap towards the future, and to provide essential inspiration and practical networking opportunities for their entrepreneurial journey. The first day kicked off with profound insights. Kim Jong-soo, CEO of Spring Shine, a social enterprise promoting art by people with developmental disabilities, took the stage as a lecturer, generously sharing his valuable know-how gained from campaign experiences and strategic partnerships in Jeju. Through CEO Kim's vivid lecture, participants were able to deeply contemplate the importance of business expansion and cooperation. This was followed by a time of vibrant communication. The 15th cohort had a one-minute self-introduction session, showcasing their unique personalities, and got to know each other while sharing laughter through a business card bingo game and various quiz competitions. The initial awkward atmosphere soon dissipated, replaced by strong bonds forming as fellow entrepreneurs ready to support one another. The second day was filled with moments of letting go of the burdens of business operations and healing in nature. Walking together along the refreshing forest trails of Halla Arboretum and the beautiful scenery of Rainbow Coastal Road, they recharged their bodies and minds and shared deeper connections with their peers. This became a valuable experience for self-reflection and rejuvenation amidst their busy entrepreneurial activities. Oh Min-ji, CEO and president of the 15th cohort, emphasized the opportunity to become closer with her peers through this camp, stating, "In particular, CEO Kim Jong-soo's lecture provided great business inspiration, making us think about business opportunities in Jeju and even the possibility of signing MOUs." Park Jung-sook, Director of CNTTech, evaluated, "This vision camp was a meaningful time that further solidified the 15th cohort's commitment to successful entrepreneurship and strengthened their solidarity." She also promised, "We will continue to provide comprehensive support, including customized education, investment attraction, and networking, for the successful growth of the 15th cohort." Beyond a simple workshop, this Jeju camp became a valuable turning point where the 15th cohort of the Gyeonggi Northern Youth Entrepreneurship Academy became strong pillars of support for each other and gained powerful motivation for future business success. We eagerly anticipate the bright future of these passionate young entrepreneurs.
