Grinda AI has officially launched 'Rinda', an AI-based B2B global sales agent service designed to revolutionize support for companies expanding overseas. First unveiled at a Korea International Trade Association seminar last May, Rinda focuses on automating companies' global sales activities and maximizing efficiency with its proprietary AI technology. Grinda AI, which began by developing AI LLM solutions specialized for finance in 2023, is now concentrating its capabilities on developing B2B sales support services through a strategic pivoting. At Rinda's core, AI deeply analyzes company websites to automatically identify company and product information, and based on this, recommends optimal customer segments. In particular, the 'ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) Finder Wizard' automatically identifies the most suitable potential customers when users input their areas of interest, target countries, company size, and more. This is where Rinda's true differentiation becomes apparent. It automatically collects and provides specific information essential for actual sales, such as decision-maker details, email addresses, and LinkedIn profiles, for the identified leads. This is considered a core feature that surpasses the limitations of existing lead generation services. Grinda AI has also unveiled a roadmap for Rinda's continuous development. In the future, it plans to add features for automatically drafting emails for potential customers, an SDK integration feature to automatically store company website visitor information in a customer database, and an automation scheduler for all services. Furthermore, in the second half of this year, it plans to introduce real-time conversation analysis and dashboard functions that can be immediately utilized at exhibitions. CEO Kang Ho-jin stated, "We developed Rinda to help Korean companies expand overseas more efficiently in the rapidly changing global market," and promised special benefits for early users. Meanwhile, Grinda AI is rapidly growing, having gained recognition for its technology and business viability through significant achievements such as being selected for the Ministry of SMEs and Startups' TIPS program and signing MOUs with BNK System and Gwangju City.
