Luxury platform Trenbe has brought innovation to the pre-owned luxury market by newly introducing its consumer-tailored C2B auction service, 'Trenbe Auction.' This service is designed to allow customers to easily and quickly sell their luxury items at the highest price. Participation is simple via the Trenbe app and website, and upon product registration, it guarantees the optimal selling price through a 48-hour real-time bidding competition involving over 500 luxury shops nationwide. Successful auction items are directly collected by Trenbe, undergo thorough inspection by the Korea Genuine Product Appraisal Center, and are quickly settled. This efficient system is made possible by Trenbe's self-developed advanced online auction system, exclusive genuine product appraisal infrastructure, and a network of carefully selected certified vendors. It handles all processes from auction to inspection and settlement in a one-stop manner, providing a transparent and trustworthy transaction environment for both consumers and sellers. Through this auction service, Trenbe plans to lead the domestic C2B-based pre-owned luxury market and expand its market reach by providing existing new product sellers with opportunities to enter the pre-owned luxury business. Furthermore, it has announced its expansion into a global service, starting with Asian markets such as Hong Kong and Indonesia. Its ambition is to establish itself as a key player in supplying domestic pre-owned luxury goods to the world, based on partnerships with major global luxury retailers. This innovative endeavor is expected to inject new vitality into the domestic pre-owned luxury market. Indeed, buoyed by the performance of its pre-owned and global businesses, Trenbe has shown steep performance improvements since the last quarter, achieving a turnaround by breaking even for two consecutive months. It anticipates leading sustained growth through new services and business expansion, aiming for 2025 to be its first year of profitability.
