K-fashion Accelerates Digital Transformation with Domestic Collaboration Tool ‘Flow’
The domestic SaaS trend is strong in the K-fashion industry. Kolon FnC is drawing significant attention by fully adopting the domestic collaboration tool 'Flow' for 1,100 users, coinciding with the discontinuation of the existing global collaboration tool 'Meta Workplace'. This is regarded as a symbolic turning point for the K-fashion industry, which previously relied on global solutions, as it transitions to domestic SaaS.
In addition to the Meta service discontinuation, Kolon FnC highly evaluated Flow's technology, which supports 100% data migration, and its suitability for building a rapid communication environment essential for rapidly changing fashion trends. The ambition is that the introduction of Flow will create an opportunity to further strengthen organizational capabilities through flexible and fast internal collaboration.
Madras Check, the developer of the collaboration tool 'Flow', had already proven its specialized expertise in the fashion/retail sector through successive contracts with leading domestic companies such as Shinsegae International, BGF Retail, and E-Land Retail even before this Kolon FnC contract.
Furthermore, Flow has declared its evolution into Korea's first 'AI Agent Collaboration Tool', leading innovative improvements in work productivity with its 'AI Omni Assistant' feature, which allows AI to automatically generate project designs, meeting minutes as tasks, and weekly reports. It has been adopted by over 500,000 organizations in 55 countries worldwide and boasts verified reliability and technological prowess across all sectors in Korea, from large corporations like Samsung Electro-Mechanics and Hyundai Mobis to financial institutions and public organizations.
