Flitto has partnered with IBK Industrial Bank of Korea to unveil an innovative AI multilingual interpretation and translation system for foreign customers. 'Chat Translation Enterprise,' introduced at IBK's Ansan Foreign Financial Center, supports a remarkable 38 languages in real-time across 5 consultation desks. This solution boasts excellent speech recognition and translation accuracy, leveraging a glossary trained on financial jargon and even unique IBK product names. Customers in Ansan, a super-multicultural city with the highest percentage of foreign residents nationwide, can now receive swift and accurate financial consultations in their native language, which is expected to dramatically improve accessibility and convenience for financial services. Flitto's AI interpretation and translation technology provides high-quality real-time translations based on the latest AI and contextual inference capabilities, delivering optimized performance for face-to-face communication. A significant feature is that the AI's performance continuously improves with use through industry-specific customized vocabulary learning.
