Flex Launches 'flex mini' HR App for Small Business T&A and Payroll Automation

HR platform company Flex has unveiled 'flex mini,' an innovative mobile employee management app for small business owners and self-employed individuals. This app conveniently integrates and handles the complex workforce management of SOHO stores such as restaurants, cafes, and retail businesses with just one smartphone. Optimizing Flex's existing HR technology for the store environment, it can resolve all processes at once, from drafting employment contracts to accurate time and attendance records, and complex payroll settlements. In particular, the function that automatically calculates difficult-to-compute payroll items such as GPS-based precise time and attendance management, weekly holiday allowance, and night/overtime work allowance, greatly helps eliminate errors in manual management and prevent labor-management disputes. It meticulously supports users to ensure they don't miss legal obligations, providing labor standards law guidance based on the number of regular employees, from contract to payslip delivery. Actively reflecting feedback from the field during the beta service period, the 'multi-store management' feature, which was highly requested by store owners, was added, allowing easy integrated management of multiple stores with a single app. Furthermore, Flex plans to lead small business owners beyond digital transformation (DX) to artificial intelligence transformation (AX) by automatically converting handwritten work schedules with OCR technology and introducing AI agents for labor law and tax law consultations.
