Finders AI, a leader in AI unmanned technology, has officially planted its flag in the Singaporean market. They successfully introduced and began operating an AI-based fully unmanned system in Singapore's Seven-Eleven stores. After Finders AI announced its entry into Singapore earlier this year, it followed up on last month's display of its technological prowess by opening a demonstration store at Changi Airport, and this month partnered with Seven-Eleven to open a commercial store. Notably, this store is located within the National Neuroscience Institute at Singapore General Hospital, and despite the hospital's characteristic need for 24-hour operation which previously faced difficulties due to labor shortages, AI technology has completely resolved these issues. This unmanned convenience store operates on a 'post-payment' system, allowing anyone to freely enter, exit, and select products without a separate authentication process. Finders AI's sophisticated vision AI technology tracks customer movements in real-time, providing innovative convenience by automatically recognizing purchased products and processing payment in a one-stop manner. This technology has already proven its precision and stability in domestic physical stores and has secured a competitive edge in the global market with its unique cost-efficiency. A Finders AI official stated, "Although global AI companies with established positions already existed in the Singaporean market, we successfully replaced them with our technology and differentiated customer experience based on post-payment." CEO Ham Myung-won emphasized that, in addition to fully unmanned stores, they are diversifying their unmanned solutions, including 'VCO (Vision Check Out) AI automatic self-checkout counters'. He expressed his ambition to "continue to pursue localized business expansion strategies in overseas markets such as Singapore and Japan, as well as domestically."
