FastFive Reaches 60 Locations, Expands to 5,700 Pyeong
## FASTFIVE Surpasses 60 Branches with Innovative Asset-Light Model, Opening the Future of the Office Market FASTFIVE, the leader in domestic office solutions, has set a new milestone by opening its Sinsa Collective branch in Seoul's Gangnam area, reaching a cumulative total of 60 branches. The Sinsa Collective branch, scheduled to officially open in January 2026, symbolizes FASTFIVE's continuous expansion. Including this branch, FASTFIVE added innovative office spaces totaling 5,695 pyeong in 2025 alone, demonstrating overwhelming growth. This year, in particular, marked a major shift in its growth strategy. With more than half of the new branches in 2025 being opened through a consignment operation model, FASTFIVE is actively strengthening its asset-light model, which emphasizes operational capabilities rather than building ownership as its core asset. This model perfectly aligns with landlords' needs to generate stable operational profits while lowering the initial investment burden, acting as a key driving force for accelerated expansion. This year, FASTFIVE has established a unique position by covering not only key business hubs, including its 7th Gangnam Station branch, Seocho 3rd branch, Hakdong 2nd branch, Dangsan branch, Hongdae Art Salon branch, and Magoknaru branch, but also major strongholds across Seoul. In particular, branches operated under the consignment model, such as Magoknaru, Seocho 3rd, and Hakdong 2nd, are being highlighted as successful cases that clearly demonstrate how FASTFIVE's excellent operational know-how can contribute to increasing building value and maximizing rental efficiency. New branches in the second half of the year went beyond simply providing space and maximized user satisfaction with hyper-personalized spatial strategies that deeply understand and reflect the industrial characteristics and corporate culture of each region. The Dangsan branch, which attracts expansion demand from Yeouido, was designed to allow companies of about 20 people to enjoy a comfortable environment with Han River views on an exclusive floor. Meanwhile, the Hongdae Art Salon branch, where creative industries are concentrated, is equipped with studio-type spaces and a resting zone where music can be enjoyed, focusing on fostering inspiration for creative industries. CEO Kim Dae-il stated, "Surpassing 60 branches is evidence that FASTFIVE, beyond simply providing offices, is leading the future of the office market based on stable operational capabilities and an innovative business model." He added, "Moving forward, we will continue to advance our region-specific specialized strategies and become a reliable partner providing optimal office solutions to both businesses and landlords." FASTFIVE plans to open new horizons in the domestic office platform market through continuous innovation.
