ESM HACCP Wins Excellence Award at '2025 Fast Track Agri-food Demoday'

## SM HACCP, Leading DX·AX Innovation in Food Manufacturing, Achieves Excellence Award Win with AI and LLM Technologies SM HACCP, an AX specialized company focused on food manufacturing, proved its innovative technological prowess by winning the Excellence Award at the '2025 FAST TRACK Agri-Food Demo Day'. At this event, hosted by the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs and the Korea Agri-Tech Commercialization Foundation, SM HACCP showcased an integrated DX·AX platform optimized for the food industry, including AI quality prediction, SaaS-based smart factory, food-specialized LLM (automatic verification of food labeling laws and automatic recognition of handwritten documents), and autonomous manufacturing, receiving high praise from the judging panel. Established in 2020, SM HACCP has already successfully implemented AI-based smart factory and machine vision inspection systems in over 70 food manufacturing plants, leading innovation in production efficiency and quality. Notably, its LLM service automates complex document tasks and proactively prevents potential legal violations, significantly reducing the operational burden on companies. Jang Sung-mook, CEO of SM HACCP, stated, "This award is a recognition that the food manufacturing data and AI technology we have accumulated over time are creating real value in the field." He added, "Moving forward, as an innovation leader in the manufacturing DX·AX sector, we will continue to contribute to creating a safe and efficient manufacturing environment." Through this program, SM HACCP attracted seed investment from CNTTECH and was selected for TIPS (Tech Incubator Program for Startup Korea), continuing its rapid growth.
