This signifies that the service's reliability and stability have been officially recognized. This service converts key consent procedures in urban redevelopment projects, such as consent for the formation of reconstruction/re-development promotion committees, consent for union establishment, consent for designating redevelopment areas, and consent for appointing trustees, from paper-based methods to digital ones. This eliminates the hassle of document collection and storage, maximizes procedural transparency and efficiency, and thus significantly accelerates the project's progress. Song Ji-yeon, CEO of Korea Proptech, stated that the launch of this reconstruction/re-development electronic consent form service is "an important step in realizing Eolmajip's goal of improving the inefficiencies rampant in urban redevelopment projects," adding that "we will continue to introduce digital solutions that can further upgrade the transparency and efficiency in the urban redevelopment sector." Eolmajip's electronic consent form is designed for convenient use on both smartphone apps and PC web environments. In particular, the real estate owner verification process is automated, ensuring transparency and speed in the consent process, and enabling fast and secure project progression suitable for the non-face-to-face era. Not stopping there, the company was also designated for an online general meeting and electronic voting regulatory sandbox demonstration special exception in February this year, with plans to launch additional related services in the first half of the year. This is expected to lead to the establishment of a comprehensive solution that perfectly digitizes not only electronic consent forms but also general meeting and voting processes, thereby driving the overall digital transformation of urban redevelopment projects.
